  I miss you Carolyn. I only get to Port Townsend (Kala Point) four times a year, but I still miss you. I ceramic cat I bought from you (from one of your trips to California.)Pink,blue,grey,lavendar stands guard over my knitting projects. Where are you living now, does Big Boy have a home yet? Good luck on-line. I need a Karen Alfke top-d0wn cardigan(is there such a pattern? Beverly

  No, Big Boy — and his daughter, MomKat/Carpet — are still looking for a good home. Please help spread the word. He’s getting very upset being confined so much.

  As for a Karen Alfke Unpattern Top-Down cardigan patter, thanks for letting me know I need to update the posting. The Unpattern Top-Down Sweater Pattern includes instructions for pullovers AND cardigans!
