Founder & Director, GUTS/Gifts Unlimited Teen Seminars (2/97 - present)
Lead Facilitator of nonprofit youth service agency providing intensive 4-day seminars that help teens improve their self-esteem, self-efficacy, attitudes, behaviors and choices. Master Teacher/Coach for the GUTS Institute, a training center that prepares youth workers to replicate GUTS seminars and to present and debrief portable ropes “adventured-based counseling” challenges and initiatives. Documented seminar outcomes include: accelerated personal growth, increased accountability, more resistance to negative peer pressures, healthier choices, and improved results and relationships at home and school.
